Wing foil lessons are very safe and suitable for everyone , no matter of age or gender.
First , we are doing some theory on the beach , practice with wing , get to know how to control the wing.
After that , lets go in to the water with wing and SUP board , to get some knowledge about moving through the water with board and wing.
After , we start to practice on the big volumen wing board , practice how to get on the board and start flying on the foil!
All lessons take place in a shallow-water area, providing a comfortable and safe environment for learning. The shallow conditions make it easier to practice wing handling, board control, and basic riding techniques while building confidence step by step.
